Broadcasters Doing Good Everyone knows that television and radio stations are the first place to turn for news, entertainment and sports coverage. However, not everyone knows that Minnesota-based television and radio stations are also making a difference in our communities through acts of kindness and involvement. The MBA is proud of member achievements. Find out more about how Minnesota broadcasters donated approximately $308 million to their communities in 2003. The National Association of Broadcasters honors stations across the US for outstanding community service efforts with the annual NAB Crystal Awards.
